White Wine by Scholium Project from Sonoma County, California. 100% Sauvignon Blanc from a rocky hillside on Sonoma Mountain; 100% barrel-fermented and aged in neutral wood and stainless; made from juice only. The drought emphasizes the excellence of Farina: we have never harvested fruit with such intensity and complexity from this vineyard. This is the winery's most promising vintage ever of this wine. It should age at least as well as the 2007- which means that it has about a decade of excellence ahead of it.

Red Wine by Penalolen from Chile, South America. Low yields and hand harvesting indicate the care given to the superior fruit from this single-vineyard winery located on the gravelly slopes of the Maipo Valley. These standards extend to the wine-making process, with meticulous grape selection and aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, this is a complex and velvety wine with a soft structure, spicy tannins and a fruity finish.

Red Wine by Noiro from Central Coast, California. Santa Lucia Highlands is notable for its cooling fog and the afternoon breezes that sweep from Monterey Bay across the vineyards. Soil is Arroyo Seco Sandy Loam. This wine is produced from some of the most renowned vineyards in the appellation, including Rosella's Vineyard, which is owned and farmed by Gary and Rosella Franscioni. The growing season here is one of the longest in California, allowing for full flavor development on the vine. In the winery, whole cluster Pinot Noir was carefully pressed upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation initiated spontaneously in a combination of oak and stainless steel fermenters, followed by gravity racking to new and neutral French oak barrels for 10 months of aging, with elevage occurring in a gentle manner. The 2014 Noiro Pinot Noir possesses a brilliant dark ruby red color and very exotic aromas of damson plum, potpourri, melon, orange peel, and mulling spices. A burst of ripe cherry fruit flavors moves smoothly to secondary flavors of mandarin orange, framed by a complex oak spice note. Decidedly medium-bodied, with a lush mouthfeel, dusty tannins, and fresh acidity. The many layers of this rich wine emerge independently, then refocus, leading to a lingering, succulent finish.

Red Wine by Stag's Leap Wine Cellars from Napa Valley, California. S.L.V, also known as Stag's Leap Vineyards, is the winery's first vineyard. Planted in 1970, this vineyard achieved international fame when three-year-old vines from the 1973 harvest produced a wine that stunned the wine world when it bested some of France's greatest wines in a 1976 blind tasting known as the Judgment of Paris. Today, this history-making vineyard continues to produce wines with layers of complexity, spicy intensity and excellent structure-promising long life and ageability. The 2012 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon offers intriguing aromas of cocoa powder, wild blackberries and currants. The wine has a plush entry that fills the mouth with dark blueberry and wild berry flavors along with hints of spice. The palette is rich and concentrated with big, yet round, tannins that lead to a finish of black currant with hints of sweet oak. The wine's structured tannins, rich fruit, and pleasing minerality point to this wine's ability to age.

Red Wine by Salicutti from Tuscany, Italy. The grapes for the Rosso di Montalcino come from the Sorgente vineyard at 460meters, just behind the winery and less than a hundred meters from the Piaggone vineyard. While many producers use fruit from their younger vines or less desirable grapes to make their less expensive Rosso bottling, Podere Salicutti's Rosso is in fact a vineyard designate. The vines were planted in 1994 and 2001. The soil is calcareous with a mixture of clay, sand, and stones. Because of the exposition of this vineyard, the grapes ripen about a week later than the two Brunello vineyards.

Red Wine by Trefethen from Napa Valley, California. Malbec brings plush fruit characters and a hint of floral with Cabernet Sauvignon providing the backbone for this lovely blend. Merlot adds a lively spice and herbal character. Cabernet Franc provides finesse and a peppery perfume and Petit Verdot adds color and structure. Crafted to share selected estate lots in a truly fun, everyday wine at a great price, Double T is named for the quadrilateral cordon trellis, commonly known as Double T. It is also a nod to the generations of T's who have helped build our vineyard and winery.

Red Wine by Hewitson from Barossa Valley, Australia. This vineyard uniquely expresses its DNA and flavor profile and is different to any other Shiraz in the Barossa Valley or indeed the world. From one mother vine Shiraz mixed in the Old Garden when that was planted in 1853, rather than harvest the fruit, we harvested the buds and grafted these on to existing 25 year-old and fully mature roots. We did this in 2008. These buds grew into identical clones of the ancient Shiraz. So now we have a single vineyard, 0.8 Hectares in size, all from this one mother vine. This Mother Vine Vineyard is planted alongside the winery in the appellation of Dorrien in Barossa Valley.

White Wine by Domaine Chanson from Burgundy, France - regions. Pale gold color. Intense citrus fruit aromas mixed with freshbutter notes and spices on a hint of minerality. Generous with a good volume. Opulent with an onctuous texture. Well-shaped acidity. Persistant and mineral aftertaste. Chanson is one of the major owners of Clos des Mouches with a vineyard totaling 4.5 hectares (11 acres). Chanson's vineyard enjoys an ideal location on the hill at the southern end of the vineyards of Beaune on a spur pointing toward Pommard. The 1er Cru Blanc is produced from a plot of 2.0 hectares (4.9 acres) characterized by stony soil of limestone, clay and silica. Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and winery with regular battonage (stirring of the lees in the barrel) have produced very pure white wines well-balanced with fantastic acidity.

White Wine by The Donum Estate from Carneros, California. Carneros is renowned for stellar Chardonnay, and this vineyard is a gem. The selection of 100% Old Wente Chardonnay came to us as budwood from the Winery Lake and Larry Hyde vineyards. It's a charming! eld selection, yielding a host of aromas of apple, lemon, orange blossom, lime and creme brulee balanced by the minerality provided by our vineyard's prominent natural acidity. The 2013 Carneros Chardonnay is pale gold in color, with striking aromas of lemon, green apple, melon and linseed oil. The palate is bright and spicy, with lime, papaya and baked apple joined by hints of coriander and starfruit. A beam of a fresh acidity carries through the finish, as tropical flavors linger on the palate.

Red Wine by Paolo Scavino from Piedmont, Italy. Three great tenors are much more eff ective than a soloist. This Barolo is made by blending three important crus from the Paolo Scavino winery: Rocche di Castiglione, Fiasco in Castiglione Falletto and the legendary Cannubi of Barolo. The result is one of the most fascinating and sensuous wines of the estate. Offers loads of plum, flowers and herbs on the nose. Full-bodied, with chewy tannins and a long, long finish. Very rich and layered. Fabulous. The selection of grapes from Scavino's 3 cru vineyards, Rocche di Castiglione, Cannubi and Bric d l Fiasc, gives balance and complexity to this wine.

White Wine by Miner Family from Napa Valley, California. Full-bodied and lush, yet never heavy, the Wild Yeast Chardonnay shows off flavors of ripe pear and melon with butterscotch and hazelnut notes balanced by oak spice and bright acidity. This is a wildly expressive wine that will reward a few years of patient cellaring. The grapes are fermented using only indigenous or wild yeast cultures found on the skins of the grapes themselves, in the vineyards and within the walls of their winery.
