A hot air balloon flight at dawn surrounded by around 80 other balloons as we floated over the incredible volcanic landscape of Goreme, Cappadocia was something I'll remember for the rest of my days. We stayed at the Kelebek Hotel in Goreme in a fairy chimney where they served the most wonderful breakfast in Ali's Secret Garden.
