And for you oenophiles (a.k.a. wine snobs), you won't sound pretentious if you mull over the bouquet, mouthfeel or acidity a€" Oakencroft Farm was a thriving winery in a past life, so they know how to work with wine grapes and coax out those subtle flavors. tip of the tongue Use this sparkling grape juice as the base for a booze-free sangria: Combine a mix of sliced oranges, apples, strawberries and blueberries (about 2 cups fruit total), along with 2 tablespoons orange juice, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and a handful of fresh mint. Let the mint, orange juice and fruit macerate in a large pitcher on the counter for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the fridge.
