The Chiostro, the dining hall and the storage room are now used for conducting food and olive oil tasting, parties, functions and business meetings. Most importantly, they have been used for hosting the famous Fattoria di Maiano music and theatre festival. Another interesting site in the estate include the Villa, the primary home of the estate. It is equipped with many rooms like the Tapestries Room, Red Lounge, Old dining room, Carriage Room and the Billiard room. All these rooms have unique and original furnishings.
