Ganja Juice was started in the collective of Going Green PCA in early 2010 for a patient named Icey Blanco , Icey was a fiery lady who was suffering from Lou Gehrig’s disease or (ALS) and needed an edible that was a healthier alternative to cookies and brownies so we went to work for Icey and created a healthy alternative to everyday edibles and the Marijuana Smoothie was born with purpose that quickly took the MMJ industry by storm.
