Red Wine by Vall Llach from Priorat, Spain. In the rolling hills of Porrera within the rocky region of Priorat, grow the ancient vines of Celler Vall Llach. Dating back over 100 years, the winery's diminutive, centennial vines provide their flagship wine, Vall Llach, with its characteristic elegant structure and individual character. With enticing aromas of wild-berry jam, fresh plums, baker's chocolate and creamy oak, this wine is captivating, fleshy, and wholly incomparable. Black fruit is supported by hints of sweet spice, mint and dark minerals in the mouth and with great structure and smooth tannins, this wine may be enjoyed now or aged for up to 50 years. The estate recommends opening this wine 30 minutes before drinking and serving it a temperature of 55-60 F. Blend: 65% Carinena, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot
